Windows Embedded - Printer advanced Properties

    Question

  • Hello,

I have installed a printer (DNP DS40) on windows XP, when i edit printer's properties/printing options.../advanced, i can use some specific parameters to
    customize my printing?

When i install the printer on my own Windows Embedded, the parameters are not visible.

Is there a component that i need to add to my image?

  • Does the printer properties look a little off? If so you might need to add some font components. Try using the Font Applications Compatibility component.

  • the printer properties looks correct. I can edit properties but some parameters are not available in my XPe (but they are in XP).

do you also have the Core Unidrv Support Component ?

also as Sean suggested try add the font application compatibility component.

Silly as it may sound are your display drivers loaded correctly and screen resolution correct?
