    Welcome to MSDN Forum.

    A stored procedure is a group of Transact-SQL statements compiled into a single execution plan.

    The ADO.NET Entity Framework enables developers to create data access applications by programming against a conceptual application model instead of programming directly against a relational storage schema.

    We can use Entity Framework as ORM, and execute stored procedure directly in Entity Framework. They're two different concepts. For more information, please refer to the links.
