I am using VB 2010 Express and have successfully published my app...however when I install it on Vista and/or Win 7 machines, it asks to download and install PowerPack 10. I need to keep the reference in my project.
Is there any simple way to fix this ?
Why isn't the PowerPack being included in my build ?
