Very thanks for reply.
OK. I know ("sites" is a managed path and can not be avoided) but i want to have parent and child sites.for example when i was used the "Query webpart" for all task on sites and sub sites if have tow site collection they do not have inheritance and i can not saw another task on the other site collection.
i was used the Export/Import but i have some error!!
Use export and Import to move.
Please remember to mark your question as "answered" if this solves your problem.
If all you want to move is Site content, could we use Save site as template (with content) and create a subsite under root site
1) Go to site http://spt/sites/payam
2) Save site as site template.
3) Download the site template and upload it to site http://spt
4) Create a site using the site template

The best way to move site collection that has already some data and customizations is by folowing instructions
on the following blog http://ittechnotebook.blogspot.com/2013/07/how-to-move-sharepoint-2010-site.html.
This helped me.
It is Export and Import solution but this only applies if you move site collection between same versions of Sharepoint, this is not upgrading procedure.
Like Ved mentioned you can use "Save site as template " option if it is not a publishing template site. But still you can access the option directly using "_layouts/savetmpl.aspx"
What is the error you are getting when you use Export/Import option ?
Hi very thanks for your reply
I was exported my site collection and then use the Import command but i have this error:
i think because i was not create site collection and then use that command i have this error so create site collection with the same template(publishing) and then use Import command but i have this error:
you can backup SP Site and restore it on another
Backup:- Backup-SPSite http://server_name/sites/site_name -Path C:\Backup\site_name.bak Restore:- Restore-SPSite http://server_name/sites/site_name -Path C:\Backup\site_name.bak

While creating the new site you need to create using the existing site template.
So your new site should use BLANKINTERNET#0.
