  • I believe you can find the Temporary ASP.NET files at the following path:

    \Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files

Let us know if this helps.

  • Can you check if the *.pdb files match the date and time of *.dll files?

  • How is the web service hosted?  Is it hosted in IIS?

  • I'm posting this while on the run. Could someone fill in the OP on the ASP.NET caches, like "Temporary ASP.NET files"?

You may have a different version of your code in the cache than even the version you just built. Do a Rebuild All, and if the problem still occurs, look for the cache (which someone will kindly point you to), and delete it, then try again.
