I use Fiddler to capture requests while running web performance tests with VS 2010/SP1. This works fine.
However when I extract web tests from the recorded sequence and create a new web test containing just the references to the extracted tests, the fiddler capture stops working. I know already that it's possible to add a plugin to every of the extracted tests with logic that enables Fiddler as a WebProxy (but this is fairly cumbersome).
Is there a solution to this problem?Thursday, December 15, 2011 2:32 PM

Thanks Anuj, I have done this as well, the problem is that I have to add the code to every extracted web test in my project. Hence if I want to run a web test containing references to my extracted web tests I have to add the code multiple times. This does'nt feel like a good way of working.Friday, December 16, 2011 9:10 AM
I am trying to involve someone familiar with this topic to further look at this issue. There might be some time delay. Appreciate your patience.
