Removing a filter clause without reprovisioning

    Question

  • I have a table in a scope that is currently filtered by a parameter.  I would like to remove the filter from that table without reprovisioning.

Does anyone have any tips on how to do this?

  • if it's not based on a filter template, just find the selectchanges SP for the table and remove the filter. likewise, if the filter column is not the PK, you can also find the corresponding triggers and remove the part where it includes the filter column in writing to the tracking tables...

  • Of course I can't make this easy.

In this case, it is based on a filter template.  It is not based on the primary key.

    Any tips?

  • unfortunately, no easy way.

using a template, you share the same selectchanges sp for the other scopes based on that template.
