I had developed a small project using visual basic 2008 on xp pro OS, i bought a new laptop with windows 7 home premium OS. I installed visual basic 2010 edition on my new laptop and now trying to open my visual basic 2008 project. I am getting tonnes of
error messages. For example code "Me.RectangleShape1.BackStyle = Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.BackStyle.Opaque" it says backstyle is not a member of powerpacks. I added references to powerpacks and i can view all members in object browser. Can someone
help me how to get rid of this error message or give me instruction on how to migrate vb 2008 project to vb 2010 on windows 7 home premium OS.
I would like to use visual basic 2008 edition can someone tell me where can i find 2008 edition.
