Frage app closes itself

    Hi guys,

    I am using Windows8 pro 64bit edition on my laptop. I am facing an issue with one app.

    I have installed a news app from the Microsoft store. For few weeks the app worked fine, and suddenly from one day it started acting weird.  When ever I open the app from the start menu, it opens, and within few seconds it closes and shows the start menu again. How many times I open the app, it closes within few seconds. I tried to completely uninstall and re-install the app, but it's still the same.
    I am not facing this problem with any other apps.

    What do you think the problem might be? Is it some problem with the app or something else?

    Hi,

    first, I think you are in the wrong forum. This is a developer forum, not a user forum.

    But now to your question: An app which closed not by user action, has a problem and its seems there will be a problem or bug.

    I think, it is better to contact the developer of the app because he will then know that there is a problem and he will be the only one to solve this problem.
