    This is an issue we have had for a while now (previously with SM 8.x) and were hoping the new version would have fixed, but it hasn't. Would appreciate any input, are we missing something obvious?

    Email user creation is working fine when done via the server admin impersonating the domain admin, but when logged in as the domain admin nothing happens.

    The website panel looks like it is creating the user but when the page reloads no user is created in the website panel or on smartermail. However the panel reports no error what so ever.

    It is the user creation specifically that fails, when it is the first user created the mail domain does get created but not the user.
