then copy awstats.model.conf file and rename it to awstats.mysite.com.conf and configured accordingly.after doing all the settings when i tried to run this command- awstats.pl -config=mysite.com it gives this error msg-

According to the error information, the log path is not correct(missing "\"). Could you please double check the settings in your configuration file?

It will be really hard to troubleshoot if it only displays blank pages. Could you please check corresponding iis logs to see if this request is logged? If yes, please post corresponding log entry here. Also please check event viewer to see if any related errors are logged.

i could not find any relative logs for this. I tried by re installing aw stats, it still can successfully updated from command prompt but i cant browse this- http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=mysite.com and now its not blank error message is this -<fieldset><legend>Error Summary</legend>
HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
An unknown FastCGI error occured</fieldset><fieldset><legend>Detailed Error Information</legend>
Module FastCgiModule Notification ExecuteRequestHandler Handler Perl Via FCGI Error Code 0x8007007b Requested URL http://localhost:80/awstats/awstats.pl?config=localhost Physical Path C:\inetpub\wwwroot\awstats\awstats.pl Logon Method Anonymous Logon User Anonymous Failed Request Tracing Log Directory C:\inetpub\logs\FailedReqLogFiles<fieldset><legend>Most likely causes:</legend>
- IIS received the request; however, an internal error occurred during the processing of the request. The root cause of this error depends on which module handles the request and what was happening in the worker process when this error occurred.
- IIS was not able to access the web.config file for the Web site or application. This can occur if the NTFS permissions are set incorrectly.
- IIS was not able to process configuration for the Web site or application.
- The authenticated user does not have permission to use this DLL.
- The request is mapped to a managed handler but the .NET Extensibility Feature is not installed.
So what should i do to resolve this? please any help will be appreciated.

Does a simple hello world perl script work? If not, then iis related settings is not configured correctly to host perl application.
Are you using x64 version active perl? Based on my experience, there will have issues with the x64 version. If this is the case, I suggest you install x86 version active perl, enable 32-bit application for the application pool settings and have a try.

Yes hello world Perl script work even i tried with different Perl scripts. I am using x86 version of Perl and yes i enabled 32-bit application for default app pool , thats why i could not understand why this is not working and again now its came back to blank page, even though i did a fresh re- install. Should i try by installing Perl again with a fresh re- install?
Thanks For your support

But when i browse for -
