WebService with current price policy

Question

Is there a WCF service , or PowerShell cmdlets to retrieve the  current billing policy for Azure.(Compute ,Storage,AC,Cache,etc.)

I want to build a custom price calculator for the Windows Azure Service ,and ask ,if there is a way the current  pricing info to be retrieved

I dont think there is some kind of service and I never heard of any idea to make something like this in the future.

Currently there is no "billing api" available but I have heard of folks creating their own that essentially screen scrapes the portal to get at the PDF version of your monthly statement.

However, such an API is requested fairly often but there has been no commitment on when we might see it.
