runtime load error with PowerPivot or Excel

Question

Can't get ribbon to appear, when I look at addins it is listed, under COM Add-in shows unchecked, due to runtime load error.  Downloaded both Office 2010 ProPlus and PowerPivot today and installed.  Ribbon came up first time but got license error when tried to use.  Added license key but now can't get ribbon.  Have uninstalled Excel, Shared Components and PowerPivot and reinstalled, no change.

We are aware of the CTP3 expiration issue and that Dev is currently working on fixing it. We will post updates as and when we get them.
