SQL 2005 Studio Manager Express What version do I need

What version of SQL Studio manager should I install on a Windows Server 2008 64 bit O/S for SQL server 2005 Express 32 Bit

If you are referring to SSMS, SQL Server Management Studio, you can download any version of SQL Server Management Studio Express from 2005, 2008, 2008 R2, or 2012.  The client tools can connect to downlevel instances such as your 2005 instance.

Correct, whatever OS architecture (32-bit or 64-bit) you are running will be fine.  For tools only, you will not see a difference.
