SQL 2005 Express - Unable to SA login

Question

SQL 2005 Express.

I have a single default SQL 2005 instance running on a Windows 7 Home Premium computer.  I thought I knew the SA password but I do not and cannot guess it.  I tried to log in using authenticated login as a local admin other the computer but no go as well.  When I do that I can see the database but when I browse the objects I do not see any in the database.  How can I get around this?  I just need to get into the database to create a .bak so I can restore it to another SQL 2005 database.
