Undo Knowledge Discovery Action

After performing a knowledge discovery process to add data to my existing knowledge base, I decided I want to undo what I just did. What is the easiest way to undo the latest additions/modifications to my existing knowledge base? Isn't there a way to undo an action in the Activity Monitor of some sort?

Hi Joseph,
If you have still not "published" your knowledge base after performing knowledge discovery, you can click Cancel in the wizard to end the knowledge discovery activity without saving any of the changes to the knowledge base.
However, once you have published your knowledge base after performing knowledge discovery, there is no way to undo the latest knowledge additions except for manually identifying and removing the knowledge by performing the domain management activity.
You can use the Activity monitoring feature to identify the number of values added during the last knowledge discovery activity by exporting the activity to an Excel sheet (see here for instructions to do so).
Thanks,
Vivek

Hi Kumar,
Thanks for the reply. The explanation you provided is actually the way I thought of doing it -- which in my opinion is a little tedious so I had to ask if there's an easier way. In an environment where there are multiple Data Stewards involved in a data cleansing venture, it's inevitable that people will make mistakes. The Activity Monitor is nice, but it would have been nice if you can "undo" the changes done through there. Just a thought.
Thanks

Hi Joseph,
Your feedback looks valid. Would you please add this as a feature request for the future version of the product on the Microsoft Connect site: https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback.
