Any ideas?
Thx advance.
PS This server was domain controller for a long time. Now it just stand alone domain server.
Did the SharePoint was installed before the server promoted to DC or you recreated the service account?
If so, the cause of the issue should be the SID of the service accounts ware changed.
I suggest you to create new service account and change the server account following KB934838 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934838)
Hope the information can be helpful.

"Did the SharePoint was installed before the server promoted to DC or you recreated the service account?"
Moss2007 was installed after server was promoted to DC. Then it was demoted to stand alone server. I recreated all moss2007 group in the local sam database... but seems to be that's not all... :(
" I suggest you to create new service account and change the server account following KB934838 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934838)"
sps is working now with domain admin account and i try to refresh it (I have made it just as is written in article) But it don't help me :( Seems all work now but without exel service and with error 6483 in event log... :( - Any ideas?
