How to customize send to document workspace

Question

What is the best way to customize the send to document workspace.

I want to use a different template for the document workspace that is created when a user is in a document library and selects 'send to document workspace' instead of the default but maintain the functionality that creating a document workspace that way has, specifically the publish back to original location.  I guess I need either to modify the default template or associate a new template with the send to link.

For clarity.  This is on MOSS 2007.  Any ideas?  This seems to be something really natural to want to do but not really clear on the most effective way to do it?

Hi,

 

If you want to keep the functionalities of the default workspace,  I suggest you to customize the default template but make sure you back up the default workspace before changing it.
