How to create a new document library with an existed template

It will be appreciated that sb who can tell me how to create a new document library with an existed template.

I have saved a document library as a template, and I can find it in the "List Templates" in "Site Settings", but I don't know how to use it apply to a new document library.

I attempt to save the template file in my local folder and copy it to the new library's folder "Forms", and specify the template URL in the library's Advanced setting page, but it doesn't work.

So, who can tell me what's wrong?

Hi,

When you save a list as a template, and it is in the list templates, then you should see it appear when you "create" new content. Go to http://yoursite/_layouts/create.aspx , and look if your template doc library is in there, and click it to create a new one based on your template.

I have saved the template and it can be find in the list templates, but I still can't find any template library when I create new content, so maybe you can offer more details?
