How to Give Feedback Directly to the Phoenix Product Team
Thank you for all of the questions and feedback on the forum. Though we try to capture the feedback here and relay it back to the product team, there is also a way for you to directly provide feedback.
By using the Phoenix Connect website, specifically the feedback section, you can log any known issues, requests or general feedback. These submissions go straight into a tracking database for the product team. This is the best way for your feedback to be seen by the product team without information getting lost.
