perfmon data collection set error

Question

Hello I get an error message when attempting to start a Data collection

"When attempting to start the Data Collector Set the following system error occurred:

The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process."

The Performance Logs & Alerts service is set to Log On As Local System.

I have attempted to use other accounts both domain and local and I cannot get this service to start.  I have verified administrator credentials.

how can this be fixed?

nm I have found that I must configure it to run with NT AUTHORITY\LocalService and it accepts this and starts.
