Visual Studio and Realtime Debugger integratioin

Question

Hi,

i want to integrate some hardware debuggers into Visual Studio.

1) Is there a standard way without Programming ???

2) Is there a programming interface to integrate a hardware debugger to Visual Studio ?? I would prefere C/C++
