Update Sharepoint Calendar with VBA (manually with F9)

Hello,

I have a Sharepoint (2010) calendar, which I use in Outlook 2013/2010. Nearly everything is working well beside the update of the Sharpoint calendar . My question therefore is: How can I "refresh or update" the calendar with VBA (like I can do manually with "F9" key)?

Why do I need that? I have written a code that reads all of the Sharepoint calendar items and copies them to my calender (to be there on mobile phones). But If I do not refresh the calendar before, they are not shown and not copied.
