Implimentation of Prism mapping on bing map

Question

Hi,

   can u please suggest me that regarding Implementation of  Prism mapping on bing map+silverlight application like link below

Prism maps are a thematic map in which values are represented by extruding a shape into pseudo-3d space. The Bing Maps Silverlight control presents only flat, 2d views, therefore this is not possible.
