CanGrow and CanShrink is selected as 'Yes' for all the fields in the area where the blank white space is located. I'm not sure on a course of action here... It's where Scopellito-Olson is located at...
Thank You!

I am scanning this code to see if maybe it is the culprit. I really don't see anything in there yet although I have not ruled it out.
[LASTNAME] & IIf([FIRSTNAME]<>"",", " & Trim([FIRSTNAME] & " " & [MNAME]),"") & IIf([DEGREE]<>""," - " & [DEGREE]) & IIf([BCERT1]='Y',"*","") AS FullName
If I reduce the size of the font I still have the blank white space:
Does Access have a text width factor feature or would I just change the font?

The Fullname is actually:
Scopellito-Olsen, Anna Marie M - MD*
Although CanGrow and CanShrink are 'Yes' it does not seem to be continuing to the next line throughout the report. I don't see why though.
The type of truncation that is happening is also happening in the first and second columns.

The answer it seems lies in making the actual text box larger in height. I remember now I have been through this before.
