We have recently upgraded from TFS 2008 to TFS 2010.
We could see all the queries and data got succesfully migrated.
But then when we execute a query which has for example 5000 records, we get to see the following issues -
[A] We get a browser window with only 1000 entries. There is no option to view further entries.
[B] TFS 2008 had provided the options for paging and I see that missing.
[C] Vertical Scrollbars are missing on IE 8. On chrome I can see the 1000 entries though. Most of our users use IE and hence its a major issue.
Appreciate any feedback and advice.

There is a setting in web.config which allows you to set the max number of items in the custom report which is 1000 by default. The entry is as follows:
<maxWorkitemsInReportList count="1000" />
You can set this value whatever you want. However, as you pointed out there is a scroll issue on IE. The good news is when I tried this on TFS 2010 SP1, I couldn't repro the scroll issue, which means it was more likely fixed for SP1.
Let me know this works for you or not.

Thank you for your post.
How about the issue now? Serkan has provided useful information in his reply, you can refer to it.
If anything is unclear, please free feel to let me know.
