TFS 2012 Express Permissions

Question

I recently downloaded VS2012 RC ultimate and installed TFS 2012 Express on the server. If I try and add a solution to source control I get the error:

Items could not be added to source. control because either no team projects have been set up, or because you do not have permission to access any of the team projects in the current collection.

When I try and create a project from inside VS2012 I get the error 

TF30169: The New Team Project Wizard was unable to download the process template Microsoft Visual Studio Scrum 2.0 - Preview 4.

This happens with every template I try and use. Also, I tried to download the templates from the Process Template Manager under team in Visual Studio but I get a cannot connect to server error.

I am really not sure what is going on. HELP PLZ!!

Would you please confirm the VS version?

Try to uninstall VS 2012 completely and reinstall VS 2012 RC. You canalso connect from a clean VS 2012 RC.

Team project creation wizard doesn't support creating project from downlevel VS client.  Given the server TFS 2012 RC, you can not create team project from:

VS 2012 beta,

VS 2010, etc.

VS 2010 to connect TFS 2012, you need to install VS 2010 SP1. Please refer tohttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/2662296

This is the version of Visual Studio I am using.

This is the error I am getting. I even downloaded a new process template and uploaded through process template manager succesfully. However I still cannot use this template here.

Also, as a side note I had VS2010 before with SP1 and it still did not connect, but my concern here is why Visual studio 2012 is not connecting to TFS Express 2012.

Would you please seach event viewer, and post relate error log? It may contains more detail information to help narrow down the issue.
