Global List uppercase to lowercase

Question

I created a "global list" with all items in uppercase.

And now I pass them to lowercase and save but I put them back in uppercase. How I can solve the problem?

What’s the detailed issue you occurred? As far as I know the GlobalList’s name is not case-sensitive in TFS Power Tools.
