已答复 TF26204

Hi - I'm trying to import an updated wit into an existing team project.

I get the TF26204 error. I have read several articles suggesting it is because I have a \ somewhere in the xml - I do not.

What seems really strange is that I created a new team project and I can successfully import the wit into the new project.

This seems to suggest that the existing wit has somehow become corrupted and is preventing me from importing an updated version - is this possible?

I really need to get the new version imported as our process has changed.

    Any suggestins would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Mark

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you for your post.

"TF26204" error is general about user account, so do you have permission to modify the team project? If you do not have the enough permission, you may not allow to import WIT.

If you do not want the previous WIT exists in the team project any more, you can use witadmin destroywitd /? command to delete this WIT, then import the update WIT.

If the error still exists, could you post the screen shot of that error.

I hope this information will help resolve this issue. If anything is unclear, please free feel to let me know.

    Hi

Thanks - I used the destroywitd command and re-imported the updated WIT.

    All is OK now.

    Thanks once again.

    Regards
