Migration Issue in TFS QC Integration

Hello Team,

TFS works on Active Directory accounts whereas QC works on creating local users accounts. This is creating a problem when synchronization is triggered

“Assigned To” Value contains GTMID in QC and the same value is been sent to TFS “Assigned To” Field. In TFS “Assigned To” Field contain Full name of the User not the GTMID.

Because of this discrepancy, the bugs are picking up in TFS using the Service accounts. All the bugs are assigned to the ID with which the synchronizer service is running.

Tried couple of options in TFS end, but the user management is integrated with Active directory which is taking the full name by default.

Any way to fix this issue.

Seems user name in TFS and in QC not same.
What tool do you use to synchronizate TFS work item and HP QC?

We use HP Synchronizer for QC TFS Integration.Can we display user name instead of full name in TFS?
