.NET huge problem, CLR errors everywhere!

Question

Hey, recently my .NET has become amazingly broken.

It gives CLR errors on everything that uses .NET and I tried reinstalling, repairing, removing and everything, but nothing works!
I don't want to format....

It gives mostly "CLR error: 80004005." in a popup window.

I tried sfc /scannow but it failed to fix them.

Thanks for trying, unfortunately it didn't help.

I now get this: http://imgur.com/VyFut

instead of the clr error message, its the same popup just without any text, comes up on anything that uses .NET, and so I can't even use my AMD GPU control panel.

Does this happen with any application or just yours? What happens if you have a debugger attached?

yeah, it happens with all applications, not only mine.

I tried to disable .NET framework from the turn windows features on or off, it fails with the message of "An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed."
