Anchor Modeling is an Open Source community project for creating an agile modeling technique suitable for information that evolve over time. We also have an online and free to use tool that can generate scripts that implement an anchor model into Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later versions. It is possible to share models by saving them as public models in the cloud.

Right now we would like help developing anchor models for Northwind and Adventure Works. There is a public model of Northwind available that can be used as a starting point. Follow this link to open it in our tool:

    Northwind Model

Any help in creating more public models is appreciated!

    Best Regards,
    Lars

I failed to mention that the tool is written in HTML5, so you need a browser that supports it. Please note that support for IE9 is somewhat limited at the moment. I believe that Chrome is the best choice, followed by Firefox and Safari. If anyone familiar with JavaScript wants to help sorting out the quirks for IE9, please let us know :)
