SQL Server 2005 AdventureWorks Database BAK file

I need an AdventureWorks.sdf file for compact 3.5 or 4.0 ... but I cannot find one.
So, I'm willing to convert a SQL Server 2005 backup of AdventureWorks into SQL Server Compact ... but I cannot find one.
Why is this so difficult?
The AdventureWorks.msi (http://msftdbprodsamples.codeplex.com/releases/view/4004) download provides a locked-up set of database files, which cannot be attached in my instance of SQL Server 2005.
All that is needed is a simple AdventureWorks.BAK file that can be easily restored to SQL Server. Why has this been made to be so Byzantine and impossibly time-consuming? Why?
