Customize Editprofile.aspx page in Userprofile service application -Sharepoint 2010

Question

HI,

We have a requirement in user profile services to add a new property in edit profile.aspx and by clicking “save and close” button we need to trigger our custom method(need to save the custom data).

Eg:need to add one more custom propery in editprofile.aspx page called IsVisible check box while clicking on

save close button this data needs to store this in database .

Could you please provide solution for this
