How to return blocked and deleted contact to your MSN Messenger???

Question

I have blocked a contact and deleted from my MSN Messenger, then I removed him from my block list. Now, when we are no longer in quarrel, I want to bring him back to my contact list. He said that he can't find me, and I'm just wondering where could I look to unblock him, how hi can find me and sand me a request again??? Halp me please...
