update folders recursively with mshcMigrate

Hi,

I have made changes to my mshc file and need to update it. My mshc file has the following structure when unzipped

folder1

<Folder1 list of files>

folder2

<Folder 2 list of files>

file1

file2...

I am using the default silentMigration.mshcMigrate file and have set the following :

UpdateSrc=    "C:\temp\WPF_API_Reference_Local";directory path to be packaged
UpdateDst=    "C:\tempWPF_API_Reference_Local\WPFAPI.mshc";output .mshc filename

When the upgrade is finished <folder1 list of files> and <folder2 list of files> are missing. How can I recurse through those folders and keep them included in my mshcfile.

Hi Dara 

Sorry to miss this post and respond so late.

Did you manage to fix your problems?

You log file should show you exactly what is happening and if those files have been included or excluded.

When you say missing I assume you mean they are missing from the final .mshc help file?
Have you tried to rename to .zip and check inside the .mshc?
